Here are the rest of the pictures from our field trip to Prescott's 'Granite Dells' that was a great big flop. The boat had a leak and then we couldn't swim in the water. It was beautiful, just awfully hot not to be able to jump in and cool off.
I hope this slideshow works. The last one I did of our trip to Mexico refused to cooperate. The highlight of our summer was our 2 lake powell trips with my parents. Mike and the Ipsons came along in June and Katie and Brent came in August. Lake Powell is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Thanks mom and dad for sharing your boats with us. You are so generous! We also got to travel up to Utah to be visit with family for 2 weeks. That was great fun, but we missed Paul terribly. This next slide show is just our trip to Salt Lake. We made a pit stop in Kanab with some friends that we were traveling with and then headed up North where we celebrated the 4th of July at the Evergreen parade and then headed down to Provo to Brent's soccer game at BYU. We celebrated Shipley's golden birthday, played dress-ups, had sleepovers, went hiking, shopped, ate Nanna's and Kathie's wonderful cooking, went boating and just had oursevles a blast! On the way home, we stopped in Hurricane to visit my dear cousins and we hit the waterpark there too. We had so much fun, I think we're going to make that trip a tradition each summer. I'll try to post the Lake Powell slide show tomorrow since it is once again past midnight and my eyes are coming out. ....didn't work. I'll try again at a later...no, earlier time.

I'm sorry that the slide show isn't working. When computers don't work, they make me crazy! so I feel for you!
