Fort Verde Days

Every year Camp Verde celebrates the founding of the town with a parade and celebration bigger than the 4th of July (without the fireworks). Wickman's troop sold popcorn as a fund raiser along the sidelines. AHA entered a float again this year and Max and Cecelia waved their little arms off.

Shipley didn't fix her hair this way, the wind did.

I am serving on the Parent Council and got to paint all the kid's faces for the float and walk behind as a back up committee with Relle and Angie and Hunter. This was the coldest day of the season by far!
