The son in hiding

After 6 long years of growing amazingly tall, our cottonwood tree had to come out. It's roots were like a giant octopus under the ground, stretching into eternity. Paul and the boys worked long and hard to dig them out in preparation for the concrete that was poured yesterday for the additional bedroom that is going on the back of our house.
Cecelia and Syrelle are all ready for halloween.

It is time we share with you a deep, dark secret. Wickman has a twin brother that we have been hiding in the attics and basements of our home since he was born. He is a little....different. We let him out for a short while yesterday.
Syrelle started a little JFK (just for kicks) pre-school with her cousin Lillie. Our first day we talked about apples. They each ate a whole apple and a half for snack.
Wickman started violin at school and loves it. He dressed up in his new suit and played us "Twinkle, twinkle little star" for his talent at family night. I also have to mention that he was on the front page of the school newspaper for winning first place out of the whole school in an essay contest about the flag. Way to go Wickman!

Way to go Wickman! His twin brother reminds me a TON of my husband ;)

That's exciting that you're adding on to your home. Your Mom told me of your plans this week on the phone! I hope the process is smooth and quick!

I love the idea of the JFF pre-school. I wish Eliza-Lou was sitting and eating apples with those cute girls!

Okay Ali...you would be the one to catch my mistakes. It is Just for kicks, thus JFK.

I'm sad to see that big tree go, too. I loved your big trees, but I'm so much more excited that you are getting your addition. You totally desire and NEED it!
I sure miss little relle. She sure is cute.
And way to go Wickman!
We are coming into town this weekend. I'll give you a call.

How exciting! So many good things are happening in the lives of the Taylor's these days. A new room, a new baby soon, violin lessons, the brief freedom of Wickman's twin, Wickman winning an essay competition, preschool. . . You are all indeed very blessed. :)
It sure was fun to see all of you on Saturday. :)

Strange things are afoot at the Circle-K. Holy nerd, Wickman! Looks like things are busy in Camp Verde. Good luck with house, baby, and .... er... Wickman.
